Ensure skin is clean and dry and free from any lotions or oils and no broken skin or sensitivity.Remove the plastic backing, position the round part of the breast lift over the nipple area and lift your breast to the desired position and press firmly to the body.It is recommend to not wear for longer than 8 hours at a time.Should wearing cause any irritation please stop use immediately.After wear, use a sponge with light detergent to clean and ready for your next wear.Replace the plastic strips to protect from dirt & dust when not in use.
